Tallahassee Clean is a residential cleaning company that specializes in recurring cleaning and maintaining general household cleaning. While we wish we could assist in all cleans, we do not execute hazmat cleanup. Any cleans that involve remediation of hazardous materials whether they be biological, chemical, radiological, and/or physical, and that have the potential to cause harm to humans, animals, or the environment, Tallahassee Clean does not perform.

Payment & Access Policy Disclaimer

By scheduling a cleaning service with Tallahassee Clean, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

All payments made for scheduled services are non-refundable. In the event that our cleaning team is unable to access the property at the scheduled appointment time due to the client's absence, lack of access (including but not limited to failure to provide keys, security codes, or other means of entry), or any other reason beyond our control, no refund or credit will be issued. However, we are happy to reschedule the service to a mutually agreed-upon date and time that accommodates both parties, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy – Recurring Clean Discount

At Tallahassee Clean, we offer discounted rates for clients who commit to recurring cleaning services. If you choose this discounted option and decide to cancel your recurring service within the first 30 days (from the date of your initial clean), your discounted rate will be voided, and you will be charged the standard one-time cleaning rate of $0.15 per square foot for your initial service.

This ensures fairness to both our team and our clients and helps us continue to provide high-quality, reliable service.
