Our Deep Clean is a full reset service designed to bring your home up to a spotless, top-to-bottom standard. This package goes beyond regular maintenance by including premium detail work and specialty tasks that aren’t part of standard recurring cleans.

  • Whole Home
    - Dust and wipe baseboards, ceiling fans, doors, trim, and light switches
    - Clean interior/exterior vents
    - Dust all surfaces, vacuum, and mop all accessible floors

  • Kitchen
    - Clean countertops, cabinets, and drawer exteriors
    - Clean appliance exteriors
    - Wipe down baseboards, window sills, fans, and light switches
    - Vacuum and mop floors

  • Living, Family, and Dining Areas
    - Dust and clean fans, baseboards, doors, trim, and window sills
    - Vacuum and mop floors

  • Bathrooms
    - Deep clean counters, mirrors, toilets, showers, and bathtubs
    - Wipe and sanitize cabinet exteriors, light switches, baseboards, doors, and trim
    - Vacuum and mop floors

  • Bedrooms
    - Dust and clean fans, baseboards, blinds, doors, trim, and light switches
    - Vacuum and mop (non-carpeted areas)

  • Laundry Room (if applicable)
    - Clean and sanitize baseboards, light switches, doors, and trim
    - Sweep and mop floors (if appliances are moved)
    - Windex and polish the washer and dryer exteriors

Tallahassee Clean is a residential cleaning company that specializes in recurring cleaning and maintaining general household cleaning. While we wish we could assist in all cleans, we do not execute hazmat cleanup. Any cleans that involve remediation of hazardous materials, whether they be biological, chemical, radiological, and/or physical, and that have the potential to cause harm to humans, animals, or the environment, Tallahassee Clean does not perform.

Payment & Access Policy Disclaimer

By scheduling a cleaning service with Tallahassee Clean, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

All payments made for scheduled services are non-refundable. In the event that our cleaning team is unable to access the property at the scheduled appointment time due to the client's absence, lack of access (including but not limited to failure to provide keys, security codes, or other means of entry), or any other reason beyond our control, no refund or credit will be issued. However, we are happy to reschedule the service to a mutually agreed-upon date and time that accommodates both parties, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy – Recurring Clean Discount

At Tallahassee Clean, we offer discounted rates for clients who commit to recurring cleaning services. If you choose this discounted option and decide to cancel your recurring service before your second scheduled visit, your discounted rate will be voided, and you will be charged the standard one-time cleaning rate of $0.15 per square foot for your initial service.

This ensures fairness to both our team and our clients and helps us continue to provide high-quality, reliable service.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to keeping your home less mess, less stress! Please provide 24-48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling; late notice incurs a $25 service fee.
